Facility Rentals

Rental prices are based on 4 hour usage, unless otherwise arranged. Decorating prior to an event is included in the rental price and time period. If more time is needed to decorate or set-up prior arrangements must be made with Arc Taft.

Bunco/Mini Package

Max of 25 People

Includes: Use of the Main Room. Chairs/Tables available. No kitchen use.

Price: 4 Hour Rental $50 with a refundable deposit of $50.

8 hour rental $100 with a refundable deposit of $50


Auditorium Package

Max of 100 People

Includes: No dining, use of the main room, no kitchen use, chairs, no tables.

Price: 4 Hour Rental $75 with a refundable deposit of $75.

8 hour rental $150 with a refundable deposit of $75


Dinner Package

Max 50 seated

Includes: Main Room, kitchen use, tables/chairs, fridge use.

Price: 4 Hour Rental $100 with a refundable deposit of $100.

8 hour rental $200 with a refundable deposit of $100.


Courtyard Package

Includes: Courtyard only, inside bathroom use, tables/chairs

Price: 4 Hour Rental $150 with a refundable deposit of $150.

8 hour rental $300 with a refundable deposit of $150.


Large Package

Includes: Main Room, kitchen, courtyard, tables/chairs, fridge

Price: 4 Hour Rental $200 with a refundable deposit of $200.

8 hour rental $400 with a refundable deposit of $200.


Wedding Package

Includes: Main Room, kitchen, courtyard, “bridal room”. Additional decoration package $75 for 4 hours day prior to event. Maximum guest for inside use 75 people. Maximum guest for outside include 150 people.

Price: 6 Hour Rental $400 with a refundable deposit of $400.

12 hour rental $800 with a refundable deposit of $400.
